Todae was a bad day for mi firstly i was late for work i reach at around 8.50am, when i went up to my desk from far i saw my boss was finding things on my desk after that lucky nothing happens suddenly he come and find mi and ask mi open invoice and i told him this invoice already invoice out and he heard wrongly he tot i ask him how to open invoice and he scolded mi nv mind i be patient and explain to him after that he sign e punch card found e workshop is working too much ot also my problem he ask mi hw come so much ot wow lao he e one who ask my supervisior to ask pple come back and work OT and in e end he ask mi so lame......

Then thing reali happens when i came up from upstairs he say he wanted to see mi and kim hwei oh i tot nothing just toking when i step in and sit down guess wat he throw a letter to mi and say wat are u pple doing til guthrie and owner complaint actually tat was none of my business and i don know anything about servicing thing all e while when i step into natural cool i never touch before servicing unless yen ching is on leave.

As e letter complaint til so serious that all e main con know about this matter from wat i know this problem is a mess as i actually already know as kim hwei arrange daikin techican down instead of mitshibushi techican and that time she don know to answer to that customer call and e customer scold mi and last week i know she went to do pressure test and she went to order from poh yock 5 nos of nitrogen regulator lucky poh yock ask mi and i ask yen ching yen ching told mi oh no she messing up e whole thing ask mi faster help on her at e time i try to save her already, and before yen ching on leave she told mi must reali see on her thing she very blur but cos i was busy and i did not look into her schedule and ask her abt it and things happen again on wednesday she arrange her techican down and things nv solve and her techican told owners is no gas and he have to go back office and take gas and by e time he came back and take e gas and go back to e appointment owners not in and in e end that day never do anything.

Todae e complaint letter is in and when kelvin ask her who arrange daikin dw she was unable to admit it, and i have to explain and kelvin say we should look after her by not letting her just make her mind on her own and also scold her say u don know pls ask don do it yrself..... And after scolding i gone through e matter wif her and ask her to find e material asap without any delay, everyone read e letters was wondering hw jermy can arrange his techican down when the project is not under daikin equipment wat a joke right....
